TAX:

NO tax is charged on candy candy shipped out of the state of Florida. Sales tax will be charged for all items purchased in Florida or shipped to a Florida address.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT INFO:

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of our receipt of the order, Monday through Thursday, via United Parcel Service (UPS), or the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. ALL NEXT DAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 10AM EASTERN TIME FOR NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPMENT. We do our best to get your candy to you as soon as possible, but orders sent by UPS or FedEx Ground can take up to 3 business days to be shipped. We sends shipments Monday thru Thursdays except on United States holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers must select a USPS service, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping service because FedEx and UPS do NOT offer 3 Day Select or Ground service to these locations.

Olde Naples Chocolate's shipping charges are calculated using UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping tables. Therefore, shipping will vary based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination (zip code and country).
